Zoom Integration Guide

To connect Zoom to Daialog and automatically generate Zoom meeting links for bookings:

1. Log in to your Daialog account.
2. Open Settings or Integrations.
3. Find the Zoom card and choose "Connect Zoom."
4. You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize the connection.
5. Sign in to Zoom if needed and approve the requested permissions.
6. You will be sent back to Daialog once the connection is complete.

After connection, Daialog can create Zoom meetings for scheduled bookings and keep meeting links in sync.

• Booking creation: When you create or schedule a booking, Daialog can generate the Zoom link automatically.
• Meeting links: The Zoom link is added to the booking and shared with participants.
• AI notetaker: On supported plans, the AI notetaker can join Zoom meetings, record, and transcribe interview sessions for documentation.

Meetings are created with your connected Zoom account, and you keep control over Zoom settings and recordings.

To disconnect Zoom from Daialog:

1. Log in to your Daialog account.
2. Open Settings or Integrations.
3. Find the Zoom card and choose "Disconnect" or "Remove."
4. Confirm the disconnection.

After disconnecting, Daialog will stop creating Zoom meetings for new bookings. Existing bookings keep their current links, but new bookings will need another meeting provider or manual link entry.

You can also revoke Daialog access directly inside your Zoom account settings if needed.
